Conditions when you book with us
When booking directly (via our website, e-mail or by telephone) an accommodation at Hoeve Vianen, you agree with our rental agreement, our general booking conditions and, where our conditions do not provide, with the Conditions for holiday homes HISWA RECRON. Only Dutch law applies to reservations.
Cancellation costs
10 and 12 person holiday home
In case of cancellation more than 6 months before the commencement date, 30% of the agreed rent applies
In case of cancellation less than 6 months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed rent applies
If canceled less than 2 months before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed rent applies.
In case of cancellation one month or less before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed rent applies.
All calculated from the booking date and with an arrival time of 15:00.
2 - 4 person holiday home
- More than 6 days before the commencement date, 30% of the agreed rent applies
- At 4.5 or 6 days before the commencement date, 60% of the agreed rent applies
- At 1,2 or 3 days before the commencement date, 85% of the agreed rent applies.
- For less than 1 day (< 24 hours) 100% of the agreed rent applies.
All calculated from the booking date and with an arrival time of 15:00.
Cancel but booked through a third party?
In this case, you must contact the party where you made the booking to cancel.
Depending on the channel where you booked, this party may have different and/or additional terms and conditions that you have agreed to. The conditions of this party where you have booked will then apply. Vakantieboerderij Hoeve Vianen is not liable for deviating conditions/rules of other parties.
No show
In the event of a no-show, the guest is in all cases obliged to pay the entire reservation value.
